Terms of Service

These terms are between you and the team operating P3, based in India. By creating an account, opening a gallery link, or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use P3.

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy form part of this agreement.

P3 is not yet generally available. Today the website collects waitlist interest only; no accounts, galleries or paid plans exist. Features described on this website — including studio branding, watermarking and additional gallery themes — are planned rather than delivered, and are marked as such where they appear. Nothing on the marketing site is a commitment to ship a particular feature by a particular date.

You must be at least 18, or 16 with the consent of a parent or guardian where the law permits it, and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for your account credentials and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly at hello@pickpluspost.com if you believe it has been compromised.

You keep every right you already have in the photographs and other material you upload. We claim no ownership of it.

You grant us only the narrow licence we need to run the service: to store, transmit and serve your encrypted content to the people you have authorised, and to make backups. That licence ends when you delete the content or close your account, subject to the backup window in our Privacy Policy. Because your photographs reach us encrypted, this licence does not and could not permit us to view, publish, analyse or train models on them.

You confirm you have the rights necessary to upload what you upload, and — where the law requires it — the consent of identifiable people in your photographs.

This clause matters more than any other. Please read it before you rely on P3 for anything irreplaceable.

P3 encrypts your photographs on your device. The material needed to decrypt them is derived from a recovery phrase shown to you once during setup, and we never receive it. You may also set a separate backup password, which seals a copy of your key that we store but cannot open.

• If you lose your recovery phrase and your backup password, your photographs cannot be recovered — not by you, and not by us. There is no reset, no support override and no back door.
• Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose. P3 is not a substitute for a backup.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for content that becomes permanently inaccessible because recovery material was lost.

When you invite someone or create a share link, you decide who gets access. Anyone holding a share link can open that gallery, so treat the link as you would the photographs themselves. You can revoke a link or close a gallery, but you cannot recall a copy someone has already downloaded where you allowed downloads.

If you invite contributors, you are responsible for what appears in a gallery you own, including material added by others. Where an approval queue is available, unapproved contributions do not become visible to the wider gallery until you allow them.

You must not use P3 to:

• store or share material that is unlawful where you or your recipients are;
• store or share child sexual abuse material, or any content that sexualises a minor — this results in immediate termination and, where required, a report to the authorities;
• share intimate images of a person without their consent, or content that harasses, threatens or defames someone;
• infringe anyone’s copyright, trade marks or other rights;
• attempt to breach, probe or circumvent the security of P3 or its encryption, or access another person’s gallery without authorisation;
• resell, scrape, or place unreasonable load on the service, or use it to distribute malware or spam.

Enforcing this clause has a real constraint: we cannot read your photographs, so we cannot proactively scan them. We act on reports and on information available to us, such as gallery metadata and account behaviour.

No paid plans are on sale today. When they are, the price, billing period, refund terms and any applicable taxes will be stated at the point of purchase and will apply in addition to these terms.

If a free tier is supported by advertising, those advertisements will be served in the application interface and will not be selected using the contents of your galleries — we could not do so even if we wished to.

We aim to keep P3 available but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or withdraw features. If we make a change that materially disadvantages you, we will give reasonable notice where we can, and you may stop using P3 and export your content.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that we are legally required to act against, or that poses a risk to other users or to the service. Where it is reasonable and lawful to do so, we will tell you why and give you an opportunity to respond or to export your content.

P3 is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet a particular requirement.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or in connection with these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or a nominal sum if you have paid us nothing.

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from content you upload or share through P3, or from your breach of these terms, except to the extent the claim arises from our own breach or negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the competent courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere you may also have the benefit of mandatory protections and courts in your country of residence.
